- Recount the remaining guest profile and adjust speaker coverage, request rules and music boundaries for that group.
- Record the venue finish time, volume process, bar or transport cutoff and person authorised to end or extend.
- Separate dinner background music, dance-floor opening and late-night set requirements in the scope.
