- Match speaker placement to the room plan, guest areas and speech positions instead of comparing wattage labels.

- Record loading bay, lift, parking, setup window, venue patch point and any house-AV requirement.
- Define soundcheck inputs and the backup path for playback, microphone, mixer and power failure.
