- Confirm the installed sound system, whether it can be used, and who operates it.
- Map power near the setup point: sockets, circuit capacity and whether extra power costs.
- List every input the event needs — DJ playback, microphones, a presentation laptop, any live act.
- Confirm the finish-time rule and noise limit in writing from the venue.
- Agree who tests each link before doors and who fixes a fault during the event.
